I was born in a small town in Minnesota. Russell was the name.
One bad memory I have is when I had my six year molars pulled out by an old dentist that only used a pliers and I'm sure he didn't use any pain killer. This tooth extraction was done when I was eight years old. I remember my dad had to sit on my legs and held me down.
